Remote Desktop Applications
If you have problems with our ElementsApps or Vectorworks, it may be necessary and helpful that our support gets access to your PC. For this we primarily use the tool “Supremo”.
Supremo
Please download and start Supremo via the button below. After launching the software, you will be shown an ID and password. You must provide both of these information to our support so that remote maintenance can take place.
Please note the sharing settings for MacOS.
Please download and install AnyDesk via the button below. After starting the software, you will be shown an AnyDesk address. You must provide this number to our support so that remote maintenance can take place.
Teamviewer
Please download and install Teamviewer via the button below. After launching the software, you will be shown an ID. You must provide this ID to our support so that remote maintenance can take place.
